Terms of Service (Please Read!)

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms outlined below.Turnaround Time:
There is no strict deadline, as I prioritize quality and want both of us to be happy with the final piece. However most commissions are completed within 2 weeks to 1 month. For Vgen comms however delivery is guaranteed 2 weeks to 1 monthPayment:
You may choose to pay 50% or 100% upfront, whichever you're more comfortable with.
If you pay 50% upfront, I will use an UNPAID watermark on progress updates until the final payment is made.
The remaining 50% is due once the commission is 90% complete.
A 5% PayPal fee will be added before invoicing.
Payment is in USD via PayPal or Ko-fi or through VgenRefund Policy
There are no refunds after payment is received. If you’re unsure or might change your mind later, this TOS may not be for you.Revisions & References:
Please be clear and send as many references as possible. If you are not clear on what you want I will likely not accept your commission.First 4 revisions are free.
Additional revisions are + 12 USDYou’ll receive a rough sketch first — major changes must be made at this stage.
At the coloring stage, you’re allowed one free color revision.Complexity & Pricing:
